These days, having a nice butt is essential to a good physique. Everyone seems to want a rounder and lifted bum. Regardless where you come from, there’s just something magical about a beautiful butt.

Surprisingly for some people the gluteus (maximus) is the largest muscle in the human body. However, our butt has three different muscles that needs different exercises to be targeted. Thus, if you have been doing squats every day and not seeing the results you want, that may be the reason.

Have a look at this quick 15-minute workout that is going to ‘work all your glute muscles’ by using just one piece of equipment: ankle weights.

Brazilian Booty Workout:

3 Sets 12 Reps 

  • Glute kickbacks
  • Fire hydrant exercise
  • Side lying hip abduction
  • Back leg lift-cross-over

Do 12 reps on each leg, of each exercise + repeat 3 times.
