These chilled bliss balls are a great protein & good fat source + low carb option when looking for a tasty treat without a stack of calories. The standard balls are around 150-250 calories where these come in at just under 50 calories, and are still, super tasty & delicious and will leave you feeling light and lean.
Chilled Protein Balls
1 cup ground sunflower seeds
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 cup coconut flakes
4 tbsp Manuka honey
Extra coconut for rolling
Put sunflower seeds in a food processor until crushed. Add coconut flakes, honey, berries & lemon zest and blitz for another 45 seconds.
Roll out balls into tablespoon size balls and cover with shredded coconut. Pop into the freezer and chill for another hour.
You can serve these straight out of the freezer or set aside for 10 minutes to slightly defrost.
