3 Nutrition Progressions To Maximise Your Results

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 roma tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 3 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 tbsp of organic tomato paste
  • ½ – 1 tsp of chilli (optional)

Method

  1. Dice up the onion (cut in half) and garlic in the Thermomix speed 6 for 3 seconds
  2. Add the tomatoes and capsicum, blending them on speed 5 for 3 seconds and depending on how chunky you want it, blend it again
  3. Add the paprika, cumin and tomato paste – if you would like you salsa hot also add ½ -1 tsp of chilli
  4. Cook on 100 degrees on speed 2 for 10 minutes with the cap off or until it reaches the desired thickness
  5. Pour into a clean jar and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
