Uber Shape offers a wide variety of classes to help you achieve the best results.
Our sessions are structured to be more strength-based Monday & Tuesday, and then as the week progresses, we move to more fitness based training with full-body, Energise Run Squad Kickboxing.
We plan each class around a specific mobility warm-up paired with an engaging workout prioritising technique and exercise at your level
