Beginner RUNRIDE RECHARGE

Get to know how the class works at your own pace before you move into the big classes. Great for anyone new to training or the RUNRIDE CONCEPT

TOTAL STRENGTH LOWER
Strength
Whether you’re trying to get stronger to meet your overall health goals, or you have specific pain/injury concerns, we specifically designed our Lower Body Strength class to build the right type of strength.
We focus on helping you develop the correct techniques using slower control movements to not only teach you how to build strength across your lower body but also to avoid common injuries.
By isolating muscle groups, you will build real strength and protect your body from future injuries and pain due to lifestyle complications. Each program is completed over a 3-4 week cycle to ensure you progress and master each exercise before we move on to the next phase.
Within three weeks in our Strength Lower classes, you can reduce lower back pain, improve knee pain problems and see your leg muscles toning up.

TOTAL STRENGTH UPPER
Strength
Whether you’re trying to get stronger to meet your overall health goals, or you have specific pain/injury concerns, we specifically designed our Upper Body Strength class to build the right type of strength.
We focus on helping you develop the correct techniques using slower control movements to not only teach you how to build upper body strength but also to avoid common injuries.
By isolating muscle groups, you will build real strength and protect your body from future injuries and pain due to lifestyle complications. Each program is completed over a 3-4 week cycle to ensure you progress and master each exercise before we move on to the next phase.
Within three weeks in our Strength Upper & Abs classes, you will improve your posture, tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, back and chest.

RUNRIDE Upper: Choose a bike or treadmill along with your bench. Think speed, think upper body, this energy will set you up for your best week ahead.
Of course, we still ensure you are using the correct techniques and developing strength overall, which will result in you seeing rapid improvements in muscle tone.
This class works stand-alone or ideally as a compliment to the specific strength classes.

RUNRIDE Full Body: Your body working hard. Burning loads of calories. Sweat, Laugh, Lift and Run/Ride, allow you to reach your highest workout potential.
Like in all the classes our coaches will provide personal advice to you on your intensity and will work with you so progress a little each week.
