Finding your “why”

The foundation of success in working toward any goal is being clear on why you want it in the first place.
Clear articulation of your “why” will assist in the decision making when the going gets tough, whether that be in training, nutrition, in business or with your family.  Once you know why it’s important to you, it’s very easy to ask, will this take me closer to my goal?
