Below we have written a ‘Health and Happiness Checklist.’ Read over it and use it as a go to when life feels tough. Print off the list and put it on the fridge, pick a bunch of things off the list and make them a new habit by ticking them off daily. Keep adding to the highlighted items as you get better at prioritising you.
